Opic.AI is a project born in Milan, founded by Amir Piccardo and Lorenzo Operti. Every day we follow AI news from the most authoritative international sources, test it and explain it. Today that knowledge becomes consulting for those who want to adopt AI wisely.

Amir Piccardo

Co-founder · Technology, AI and compliance

Amir Piccardo

Compliance consultant and DPO: he handles privacy, GDPR, NIS2 and the AI Act for companies ranging from healthcare to port logistics. He comes from software development, trained as a Full Stack Web Developer, and builds the AI agents he uses at work himself, with Claude, n8n and Microsoft 365. Certified DPO (EIPASS), NIS2, AI Act (EU Reg. 2024/1689) and Anthropic’s Claude Code in Action. He has also worked in London, in operations management. At Opic.AI he tests the tools, designs the automations and makes sure every solution is also compliant.

Lorenzo Operti

Co-founder · Business and strategy

Lorenzo Operti

Degree in International Business in the Netherlands, specialising in finance and management accounting, with an Erasmus in Accounting and Finance at the University of Granada. He worked in Rotterdam in business development and marketing for a tech startup, then in Italy in commercial consulting, comparing offers and costs for companies and individuals every day. He speaks the language of numbers and of clients. At Opic.AI he finds where a company loses time and whether an AI tool is really worth its price.
