Privacy notice – contact form

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), we inform you that your personal data (name and surname, e-mail address, phone number and company name if provided, together with any other data you choose to include in your message) will be processed by Iperuranio Trading & Consulting S.r.l.s., owner of the Opic.AI brand, registered office at Via Nuoro 15, 20128 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT and tax code 13849820967, REA MI-2747671, certified email (PEC): iperuranio.trading@legalmail.it, e-mail: teamopicai@gmail.com, as data controller, mainly by electronic means and solely in order to respond to your request to be contacted.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without the required data we cannot respond to your request.

Your data will be processed by staff authorised by the controller and by the technical service providers needed to run the website (hosting and database), appointed as data processors. Your data will never be disclosed to the public. If no further relationship follows your request, the data will be kept only as long as needed to respond and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, after which it will be deleted.

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation you have the right to obtain confirmation of whether data concerning you is being processed, to know its origin, purposes and methods of processing, and to access, rectify, complete, erase, restrict and port it and to object to its processing, unless it must be kept to comply with legal obligations.

To exercise these rights, write to the controller at teamopicai@gmail.com or to the certified address iperuranio.trading@legalmail.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
