Opic.AI communications (a newsletter with AI news and insights, information about our activities and services and, if requested, the free guide) are sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request them by filling in the form on the website and authorising Iperuranio Trading & Consulting S.r.l.s., owner of the Opic.AI brand, registered office at Via Nuoro 15, 20128 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT and tax code 13849820967, REA MI-2747671, certified email (PEC): iperuranio.trading@legalmail.it, e-mail: teamopicai@gmail.com to process their personal data.

The data provided (e-mail address) will be processed by electronic means solely to provide the requested service and will therefore be kept only for as long as the service is active.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Providing your e-mail address is optional, but without it you cannot receive the newsletter or the guide.

Purposes

The personal data provided is used solely to send the newsletter, information and promotional communications about Opic.AI's activities and the guide you may have requested. It will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

Processing methods

The data collected is processed by electronic means. Appropriate security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access. To manage subscriptions and send e-mails the controller uses technical service providers (database and e-mail delivery platform), appointed as data processors.

Your rights

As data subjects, users have the rights set out in Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, including the right to request access to their personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing or to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Unsubscribing

To stop receiving our communications, click the unsubscribe link in any e-mail or write to teamopicai@gmail.com with the subject "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER" and we will remove you from our records.
